I could not have asked for a better realtor to help me sell my home. Elise was highly recommended to me by a friend when I mentioned that I did not know where to start looking for a realtor. From the very first phone call, Elise was readily available, transparent and professional. She answered all of my questions (at any time of day!). She made sure to consistently update me throughout every step of the process. She went above and beyond with every detail and it did not go unnoticed. I feel extremely fortunate to have met Elise and have her on my side during the sale of my home. Even after the sale of my home, Elise continued to provide resources and contacts for my move out of the state. We͏ are so grateful for our home buying experience with Elise. We really loved that Elise remembered all the features/qualities that were important to us, & she always kept our kids in mind when shopping for a home. We both have a very busy and unpredictable work schedules but Elise always made time to take us house hunting, even last minute appointments. Not only was she so helpful before, but even after our home purchase she continues to reach out and help us with any questions or concerns. I was completely satisfied with Elise’s services in handling my transaction.  Her out of the blue phone follow up came at an opportune moment, and I decided to work with her in finding a home.  Two HUGE reasons that her service stand out over others.  She said exactly what a buyer needs to hear in a seller’s market.  I recall that the first call I made to her was to see a house…her response?  ‘I’m on the way!’  When I called to say I see a house that I would like to make an offer on, her response was ‘I’m on it!’  That’s what a buyer wants to hear…she cuts to the chase.  Don't call her if you don't mean it…she aims to get this done.  Now, full disclosure…I am a real estate sales trainer from another state, so this is big. Elise sold our home and was our purchasing agent for our new home over winter 2021/2022.  She is a multi-tasker and leads a professional team that brings everything together seamlessly.  Elise is very professional, respectful and knowledgeable. She has the best team of people around her (office assistant, handyman, lenders, inspector, etc).
She was able to coach us in preparing our home for sale which brought a fast sale at the highest possible price.  She was spot-on for the listing price and market knowledge.  Her team was helpful in preparing the home for the market and therefore sold quickly.
Elise has great negotiating skills, multi-tasking the entire time with multiple offers and sometimes dealing with difficult personalities.  We had a very good experience using Elise as both listing and purchasing agent.

We didn’t think that it would be very easy (maybe not possible at all) to buy a house in this market. We wanted to find a real estate agent that was a seasoned negotiator and Elise was recommended to us. Elise made it possible for us to find a house that fit all of our criteria! We did get outbid on the first house we found and it helped my husband and I understand how the buyers have to make decisions very quickly. She was diligent about going out to see houses as soon as they were listed so they were not lost to the fast buying process. Finally, another home with exactly the same floorplan in the same neighborhood (as the one we were outbid on) came up and Elise helped us move quickly with negotiations.

It is very important that anyone I do business with responds to messages/phone calls. Elise always responded right away even if it was to give us an ETA on when she could get back to us. We knew she was busy and working with other buyers & sellers but we never felt like we were left without communication. I cannot stress how important this is for me since buying a house is a huge financial decision that must be made very quickly (in this market). Elise was a pleasure to work with throughout the whole process!
