Sun City

Del Webb began building out Sun City in 1960 and it now houses over 26,000 properties with 11 golf courses, countless amenities and social clubs for active adults.  The community is popular for its stable home values, low property taxes and minimal HOA fees. It is particularily desired by buyers who want low property taxes, mature landscape in a convenient location near multiple shopping centers and close to the highway.

Sun City is a favorite destination for part-time and full time residents and golf enthusiasts but there are plenty of recreation opportunity for non-golfers as well.  There are a vast variety of restaurants, walking tracks, racquetball courts, arts and crafts clubs, card clubs and several recreation center offering other organized activities and day trips. In addition to the fantastic amenities, the community is home to 30 churches, a synagogue, social hall, grand ballroom, performing arts theater, two libraries and an on-site hospital.
