We live and work in the North Glendale area but have experience selling homes all over the valley with our focus being on helping people in the communities of Glendale, Peoria, N. Phoenix, Desert Ridge, Surprise, Buckeye and Goodyear.

Thanks for stopping by for a visit. Well as you can see I love sharing information about the NW Valley. I have lived in Glendale for almost 30 years. My family and I relocated out west from Long Island NY in 1995–gosh it doesn’t seem that long. Okay between you and me, I cried the whole plane ride out here. Our daughter was 19 mos old and we took her from our family and friends to a place that seemed like worlds away from the hustle and bustle of New York. Well 27 years later without a hint of ever moving back, we can say we love it here!

It has been so exciting to watch the NW Valley and communities of Glendale, Peoria, Phoenix and Surprise grow and evolve into the fantastic cities that they are today. Watching as these cities invested in education, infrastructure, parks & recreation and even our beloved sports teams has been a new experience for us…and quite exciting.

I have been a Realtor for 20 years and spent a majority of my career with John Hall & Associates. Since 2013 I have been a proud member and one of the top selling agents of the Sibbach Team, now with eXp Realty. As part of The Sibbach Team we pride ourselves on being a market leader. I have lived in Arizona all but 5 of my years. I started out my working career in Accounting – quite by accident. I worked part time during tax season then became the office manager. After that I tired of office work and wanted to work for myself. My mom had been a Realtor and encouraged me to get into the business. Love it and have worked in the NW and SW Valley for over 20 years now. I love the valley, Arizona and all it has to offer.

I have been in the business long enough to see a lot of changes. I love working with people who are coming in from out of town, who are downsizing or just have to move for their job. First time home buyers are people who I enjoy working with helping them through a confusing process. Love bringing a transaction to a successful close. Real Estate is “where it’s at” for me.
