We purchased our home after moving from our 5000 sq ft home in Michigan that was very private. We looked at over 30 homes before we found this home. We also looked at homes in other areas and always came back to Sun City Grand. We chose this home because of the location, open back yard on a large lot, and how the traffic pattern worked so well for us on the interior of this home. Outside, we planted enough plants to provide maximum privacy. We also put in lots of exterior lights, a waterfall, and a large barbecue stand. We love the extra improvements that we made to this home including a redesigned kitchen island with granite counter tops on both the island and the rest of the kitchen. We also love our large den for spending quiet time and that it is just off the living and dining rooms

Supplements: where we have entertained our friends. The master suite is quiet and spacious. I like sitting in our family room off the kitchen looking out over our green back yard. Our guest bedroom has its own master bath. We also have a garage that is larger than all but a few garages in Sun City Grand that provide plenty of room for 3 vehicles and storage. What we did not know until we moved in was the exceptional quality of our neighbors in the Pinnacles. We found them to be extremely friendly and supportive. They are always there when you need them. We have loved this home. Life circumstances call for us to move somewhere else now. We know you will love the neighborhood and the comfort of this home as well.
