After eight great years in our Windsor model home, bonding with our friends and neighbors, it will be difficult to say goodbye as we depart the Enclave. A beautiful courtyard welcomes you inside this stunning open floor plan with elegant formal dining and living rooms overlooking the private backyard. A den/library serves as a nice quiet retreat. Double doors open to a spacious master bedroom, his and her walk-in closets, large walk-in shower for two and separate tub as well as Double sinks on the large vanity. This lovingly maintained home has many unique features including but not limited to a front courtyard for casual neighbor's get-together and a very private backyard overlooking a sparkling, heated pool and spa where we relax, exercise or cool down in the summer and/or enjoy

Supplements: cocktails around a gas fire pit with family and friends in the winter months. Our home is very open and easy to entertain large groups or small, both inside and out. Our favorite gathering place with family and friends is centered in the cozy family room and the Chef's kitchen with beautiful granite island countertop, attractive cabinetry, eat-at bar and brand new stainless steel appliances. We enjoy and cherish all the good times with our best friends and neighbors in the Enclave. We know that you will enjoy living here too and we wish you the very best.
