The unincorporated community of Waddell is located in the city of Surprise, northwest of Phoenix, and offers a peaceful lifestyle in the spacious Sonoran desert. The city limits of Surprise provide residents easy access to recreational and entertainment options, while retaining a small-town tranquility in clean and distinctive neighborhoods like Waddell.
