There is a Resale Disclosure and Transfer fee of about $230, which is customarily a fee paid by the seller, but heck, everything is negotiable. There is also an Architectural Review Committee Fee of $170, typically a buyer fee for any and all future applications for changes in the home. Lastly there is a CARE Fee of $1,104.00 payable by the buyer. CARE stands for Community and Resident Enhancement. It is a one-time fee to each new purchaser. These fees are used only for funding community development and enhancements. These fees help to maintain the beauty that is Sun City Grand.
