The past year has brought challenges that many of us never imagined we would ever have to face. Yet, through it all, we continue to persevere. For me, one of the most important things that has kept me going is the kindness of not only friends and family, but also strangers during these challenging times. I’ve also noticed more how when I practice random acts of kindness it lifts my mood too. Challenge yourself this year and see how many random acts of kindness you can do!

  2. Smile at the people you meet on the sidewalk.
  3. Help carry groceries to a car.
  4. Drop off a toy/game at a homeless shelter.
  5. Offer to walk your elderly neighbor’s dog.
  6. Rake a yard for fun.
  7. Pick up trash in the park.
  8. Host a movie night.
  9. Mail a handwritten letter.
  10. Send a small package to surprise someone.
  11. Bring flowers to a friend.
  12. Recycle old electronics.
  13. Place flowers at a grave.
