06 Aug Riata at Alamar in Avondale
Landsea Homes has recently begun construction on 75 new single-family homes at Riata at Alamar in Avondale. Riata at Alamar is a collection of one- and two-story homes with floorplans ranging from 1,800 square feet to 2,800 square feet. Four distinct architectural styles of homes will be available in the neighborhood, including Craftsman/Bungalow, Spanish Colonial, Territorial Ranch and Traditional Southwest. Riata at Alamar sales are planned to begin in September with the community grand opening in October.
The first phase of the Alamar master-planned community includes six distinct neighborhoods with 461 homesites. Additionally, a 30-acre regional park, built in partnership with the City of Avondale, will serve as the central hub of the community. The new community is located just north of the Estrella Mountains in Maricopa County, southwest of Phoenix and adjacent to Tolleson, Litchfield Park and Goodyear. Alamar represents one of the largest master-planned communities to be developed since 2013.
